Sidebar and Labels
The sidebar is the main way to move between mailboxes and labels.
Built-in destinations
Section titled “Built-in destinations”SwiftMail includes these sidebar destinations:
- Inbox
- Starred, when enabled in Settings
- Important, when enabled in Settings
- Drafts
- Sent
- Unread
- All Mail
- Spam
- Trash
All Mail shows messages outside Spam and Trash.
User labels
Section titled “User labels”Visible Gmail labels appear under Labels. Labels with unread messages can show an unread count.
Nested labels are indented. Parent labels start collapsed; click the chevron next to a parent label to expand or collapse its children.
Click the Labels section header to show or hide the label list.
Collapsed sidebar
Section titled “Collapsed sidebar”Click the sidebar button in the toolbar or press Control-Command-S to hide or show the sidebar. SwiftMail remembers your choice between launches.
