Privacy Policy
SwiftMail for Gmail connects directly to your Gmail account using secure OAuth authentication. Your email data is fetched and displayed on-device only — nothing is collected, stored, or transmitted to any third-party server.
Gmail Data
Section titled “Gmail Data”SwiftMail accesses your Gmail solely to display your emails. It does not collect, store, or share any email content beyond what is needed to render your inbox on your device.
All communication with Gmail uses the official Gmail API over HTTPS.
Contacts
Section titled “Contacts”Contacts from your Google account and Apple Contacts are accessed locally for autofill suggestions when composing emails. This data stays on your device and is never transmitted elsewhere.
Local Storage
Section titled “Local Storage”Email data is cached locally using SwiftData for offline access. This cache is stored on your device and is not accessible to other apps.
Third-Party Services
Section titled “Third-Party Services”SwiftMail does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or data collection services.
Sign Out
Section titled “Sign Out”When you sign out of SwiftMail, your local cache is cleared. You can also delete the app to remove all stored data.
